Physical products

• Right of withdrawal of 7 days from receipt.

• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refund made via the same payment method within 14 days.

Online training

• Refund only possible if the certificate has not been downloaded .

• Once the certificate is downloaded, no refund will be given.

• Request by email to admin@leszartsdemarie.ch , within the time limit specified in the offer (7 to 30 days).
